Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C244-19-Q-1046 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 1000. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement for a Bronchoscope system as listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 3:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on Friday, August 16, 2019. Please read the entire solicitation.
