NAICS Code 339112, Welch Allyn Connex Vital Machine. These items are for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd. Coatesville, PA 19320. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Background With the activation of building 2 in Coatesville, Primary Care will need 17 Welch Allyn Connex vital signs monitors to fill the exam rooms. The building has a tentative opening of December 2019. 3. Scope The project shall require the contractor, CME to procure #17 Welch Allyn Connex vital signs monitors that will be needed in the clinic exam rooms for the activation in building 2. These will be used in primary care. 4.
