Wilmington VA Medical Center (WVAMC), Contracting Department intends to procure via sole source with University of Delaware located at 220 Hullihen Hall Newark DE, for Patient Experience Academy Training at the VAMC located at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington DE 19805. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 611430. The size standard is $11.0 mil. The FSC is U008. The proposed contract action is for training services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit information about their capabilities no later than 12:00 PM EST, 07/19/2019. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, April.Stanch@va.gov.  Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, WVAMC Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with the University of Delaware.
