Sources Sought Notice Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, Pennsylvania is seeking information on potential sources to furnish a Cryosurgical Unit with sterilization container, flexible probes, adapter and services manual. Potential vendors should respond with their ability to provide the following brand name or equal items. Brand Name Product: ERBOKRYO Cryosurgical Unit, Flexible Probes, adapter, and service manual The specific characteristics equal items must feature to meet the Government s needs are: 1) Cryosurgical Unit with sterilization container x 1 2) Flexible probe 2.4mm x 900mm x 1 3) Flexible probe 1.9mm x 900mm x 1 4) Adapter to connect probes x 1 5) Operator and Service Manuals to be included. 6) Pre-notification of freight required shipment This is not a not a request for quote or proposals. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSBs capable of providing the brand name or equal equipment. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice. Vendors who can meet the requirements listed above should provide the following information: Business Name Business Address Business Point of Contact, including phone number and email address Business size Business Socioeconomic Status Federal Supply Scheduling (FSS) number, if the items required by the Government are available for purchase on an FSS contract. Any other pertinent capability information that relates to the above stated requirement.
