The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System is seeking to identify potential sources for future Brand Name or Equal requirement for Workstations on Wheels. The brand name item for reference is the Howard HI Care Base Cart. Minimum required specifications for equivalent products are as follows: Base Cart Power System 4-Tier locking storage Central control panel for drawer access, power system controls, battery fuel gauge, height adjustments and light controls. Motorized work surface height adjustment (34 sitting to 48 standing. Clinician must be able to sit to chart) LCD VESA monitor mount with motorized height adjustment. Mount must also be able to tilt, swivel and rotate. Work surface with translucent protective cover.
