NOTICIFICATION OF INTENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, on behalf of the VA Pittsburg Healthcare System (VAPHS) in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B) Only One Responsible Source, intends to award a Sole Source, multiple year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for exam chairs off schedule 66 II A category A/A-79 in accordance with FAR Part 8.4 with a twelve month base period of performance and four twelve month option periods. The NAICS Code, 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing; Size standard 750 Employees are to be used. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
