Wilmington VAMC is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB and any SBC regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide employee uniforms that can meet the requirement cited in the Statement of Work below. The items should be delivered to the Wilmington VAMC. The veteran business must be registered in SAM and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAM. All Vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this sources sought: Company Name, , address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address. Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers. Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held.
