Crescenz VA Medical Center (aka. Philadelphia VA Medical Center), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking information on potential sources to furnish and install medical sterilizers and remove and dispose of old sterilizers. Potential vendors should respond with their ability to provide the following brand name or equal items. Brand Name Product: Amsco 400 26x37.5x48 Prevacuum, Single Hinge, Recessed Steam Sterilizer Atlas Transfer Carriage 26x37.5x48 (Amsco 400) 48 Atlas Loading Car The specific characteristics equal items must feature to meet the Government s needs are: Sterilizer that is compatible with an existing Amsco 400 sterilizer Sterilizer compatible with and can be integrated with the Censitrac instrument monitoring system Sterilizer with internal chamber dimensions of 26x37.5x48 Sterilizer with a prevacuum single hinged recessed door Sterilizer must be able to reprocess and sterilize 25-pound instrument trays Transfer carriage that does not exceed 26x37.5x48 so that it can be utilized interchangeably with existing sterilizer 48 Loading Car All listed dimensions are in inches. In addition to the specific characteristics, potential vendors will be required to remove and dispose of two existing sterilizers and install the sterilizers being furnished. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. This is not a not a request for quote or proposals. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSBs capable of providing the brand name or equal equipment. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice.
