Intent to Sole Source Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award one (1) sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VA Medical Center Altoona, PA catchment area (Cambria County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at those facilities.
