Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VA Wilkes Barre, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility. The sole source awards will remain in effect until 05/31/2021 or when new contracts are placed.
