NCO 4 is seeking a VISN-Wide Statement of Conditions (SOC) Survey with emphasis on compliance with the National Fire Association’s Life Safety Code (NFPA 101). NCO 4 intends to award a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery (ID) Firm Fixed Price Contract from this solicitation.
