This is a sources-sought/market-research notice, not a solicitation, seeking qualified vendors for annual NFPA 25 fire pump inspection and performance testing at the Hudson Valley VA Health Care System Castle Point Campus in Wappingers Falls, NY. The work includes visual inspections, churn and full-flow performance testing where water supply permits, performance data documentation, deficiency reporting, and restoration to normal operation; repairs, replacement parts, and corrective maintenance are excluded. Interested vendors must demonstrate NFPA 25 fire pump testing experience, qualified personnel (including NICET Level II or equivalent if available), calibrated testing equipment, and ability to coordinate with facility and fire alarm support personnel.
