This RFI seeks capability information from qualified domestic sources for purchasing one new Domestic Model 52CB45-15 duplex condensate unit, factory-assembled and tested, for integration with existing piping and controls at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. The scope is equipment purchase only; piping modifications, electrical work, startup/commissioning, and disposal of the existing receiver are excluded. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days after receipt of an approved purchase order, with all items delivered to the Buffalo VA Medical Center. The unit must be rated at least 15 psig, match required capacity and electrical/pump performance, and include documentation such as O&M manuals, warranty information, pump curves, and dimensional drawings. A manufacturer’s standard minimum 20-year warranty applies, with contractor on-site warranty response within 24 hours of first contact; this is a planning RFI and not a commitment to award.
