Notice ID:36C24227Q0070

This is an RFI, not a solicitation; the VA seeks qualified Architect-Engineer firms for complete design and cost-estimation services to upgrade the obsolete Edwards EST-3 fire alarm system at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210. The work includes upgrading fire alarm panels and remote annunciators, installing a fiber loop and master control panel, expanding the addressable system, removing the fireman telephone system, and developing phasing that maintains continuous fire alarm protection.
