This firm-fixed-price requirement covers annual preventative maintenance, service, and repair of two Canon/Toshiba Aquilion Prime 160 CT machines at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. The period of performance is stated as 11/01/2027 to 10/31/2027, with four option years. Work includes four preventive maintenance visits per year, X-ray tube service and replacement, new standard parts with a 12-month warranty, and a firewall between the hospital network and CT machines. The contractor must provide 4–6 hour onsite response and 30-minute telephone response for corrective maintenance, perform work during normal business hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm excluding federal holidays, and comply with patient privacy and insurance requirements. Upon repair completion, an electronic field service report must be provided to the COR and applicable VA HTM technician.
