This Sources Sought/RFI is not a solicitation and does not obligate the government to award a contract; it seeks written capability statements, proposals, or quotations for construction services at the Albany VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208. The work is the second part of Phase 1 of the Consolidate Primary Care project, consolidating primary care units from Building 1’s 1st, 4th, and 8th floors into the first-floor core, relocating the Agent Cashiers office, and building a reception area with six MSA desks and a waiting lobby. Approximately 5,000 sq ft will be renovated in five construction phases, with a project magnitude between $1 million and $5 million under NAICS 236220 and a $45M size standard.
