The Department of Veterans Affairs requires a contractor to provide Home Oxygen Services to beneficiaries within its Downstate New York (VISN 2) healthcare network. The contractor must meet or exceed Joint Commission accreditation standards for the duration of the contract. The services will be performed in the Downstate New York region.
