The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a single Architect-Engineering firm to design the complete replacement of dry sprinkler systems at two medical centers: the Bath VA Medical Center in Bath, NY, and the Canandaigua VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, NY. The magnitude of construction for one project is estimated between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, and the total design fee is capped at six percent of the construction cost.
