This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for the complete design and construction to replace the roofing system on Building 143 at the VA New Jersey Healthcare Systems in Lyons, NJ. The project has a cost estimate range of $10,000,000 to $20,000,000. The work includes full removal and replacement of roofing materials, gutters, and related components, along with extensive requirements for historic preservation, environmental compliance, and infection control. The period of performance is 90 days for design and 60 days for construction from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must start work within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed and provide full-time on-site supervision.
