Peters VAMC in Bronx, New York. The project involves replacing roofs on the Research, CLC, and Chapel buildings, totaling approximately 59,000 square feet, with an estimated construction cost between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. This opportunity is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, requiring firms to be verified and registered in SAM and the SBA certification database. The anticipated award date for the AE contract is on or before June 2, 2026, and the design completion period will be determined from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The AE firm must be located within 450 miles of the Bronx VA Medical Center to be considered acceptable.
