The project involes the replacement of the main electrical switchgear and transformers, cables, conduits ans associated appurtenances in the Boiler Plant in Biuliding #64 (Boilers Plant). The scope of the work is design of the replacement of Substations #1 and #2, Motoer Control Crnterrs #1 and %2, and Transformers A and B. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
