Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a response to RFIs for a project to design and renovate restrooms in Building 76. The proposal page limit has been increased to 60 pages, with specific clarifications on which required documents count toward that limit. The solicitation requires a completed CPARS/ACASS evaluation or a provided Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for each project submitted under the evaluation criteria. A copy of valid state registration for each lead designer and a current SDVOSB/VOSB certification are required but do not count toward the page limit if submitted as separate attachments. The location for performance is not specified.
