This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside RFQ for a new two post lift as detailed in the attached statement of work. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, provide UEI numbers, be certified in SBA VetCert, and submit a signed limitations on subcontracting certificate with their quote. Only new OEM items are acceptable, and the vendor must be an authorized dealer/distributor/reseller, specify country of manufacture, and comply with the Buy American preference. The government will evaluate offers based on technical specifications, total price, delivery schedule, and past performance. No used, refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered.
