This is a Sources Sought notice issued for market research purposes only, not a solicitation or request for proposals. The VA is seeking qualified contractors for Petroleum Bulk Storage Tank Maintenance Services at the New Jersey Health Care System VA Medical Center’s Lyons Campus in Lyons, NJ and East Orange Campus in East Orange, NJ. The work includes maintenance, repair, and calibration of tank monitoring systems, probes, sensors, and associated leak detection components for numerous underground, aboveground, day, and belly tanks. Interested parties are asked to submit a capability statement covering company information, business size/socio-economic status, relevant experience, certifications, and availability. The VA anticipates establishing this new service as of 09/10/2026.
