This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation, and no contract award will result from responses. The requirement covers full preventive maintenance, repairs discovered during yearly checks, and as-needed emergency repairs for automatic doors at the VA New Jersey Health Care System campuses in East Orange, NJ and Lyons, NJ. Services are anticipated to begin around October 1, 2026. Interested parties must submit capability statements and company/socioeconomic information to help the VA determine set-aside viability, including SDVOSB, VOSB, and other small business categories. Responses should also include past experience, certifications, and subcontracting plans.
