Z1DA--VANJHCS Demolition and Abatement IDIQ East Orange and Lyons
The VA New Jersey Health Care System seeks an IDC for as-needed demolition and abatement services supporting construction and repair at the East Orange VA Medical Center, 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ, and Lyons VA Medical Center, 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons, NJ, for a five-year term. The contract has a minimum value of $10,000 and a maximum value of $2,000,000. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, safety, quality control, and management needed to complete issued task orders. Work must comply with applicable infection control requirements and New Jersey asbestos abatement, licensing, and permitting regulations, while VANJHCS will provide required material testing and air monitoring at no cost to the contractor. No work outside the statement of work may be performed without written Contracting Officer authorization, and unauthorized work may not be reimbursed.
