The Upstate New York VA Medical Centers in Albany, Buffalo, and Syracuse require Blood Bank screening and anti-body ID products for use with their Ortho Clinical Diagnostics ID-MTS Workstations. All products must be FDA-approved for immediate use with Ortho IgG gel cards and Ortho workstations without secondary validation. The government intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract for a base year plus four option years. Performance of services will be at the three specified VA Medical Center locations in Albany, Buffalo, and Syracuse, New York. Responses to this RFI are due via email by 12:00 PM EST on June 29, 2026.
