This opportunity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for building inspection services under NAICS 541350, covering monthly preventive maintenance and inspections of laundry/garbage chute systems, plus annual smoke/fire barrier and door inspections. Work will be performed at the Batavia Veterans Affairs Medical Center (222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY) and the Buffalo VA Medical Center (Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY). The contract includes a 12-month base period beginning 09/21/2026 and four option years extending through 09/20/2031, with Batavia inspections completed in January and Buffalo inspections conducted on a monthly floor-by-floor schedule.
