This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research, not a solicitation, seeking contractors to provide on-site medical physicist services for the VISN 2 Upstate Medical Centers, including locations in Bath, Canandaigua, Henrietta, and Albany, New York. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and personnel to perform annual and acceptance testing on diagnostic x-ray, CT, and other imaging equipment, with a one-business-day response time for urgent repairs.
