The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify small business manufacturers or distributors capable of providing items functionally equal to specific Zebra barcode scanners and handheld terminals. The required items include the HC55 Handheld Terminal and a corresponding cradle/fastener kit, with quantities of 12 units each. Responses are due by email only to a specified address. Interested small businesses, particularly SDVOSBs and VOSBs, must provide their firm's name, socio-economic category, complete contact information, and a CVE certification letter.
