J063--Fire Alarm Service and Upgrade | Base 4

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)
Notice ID:36C24226Q0336

This contract involves the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, with specific quarterly and semi-annual tasks detailed. A fire alarm system in Building 65 at the St. Albans location is down and must be bypassed; inspection and testing for that building are not required while it is out of service. Deficiencies discovered after an initial 10-day window will be covered under the contract's repair section. Pricing must be based solely on the Statement of Work (SOW), not on attached historical inspection summaries. A known discrepancy at the St. Albans location is being corrected separately and is not part of this contract's required work.
