Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to address a major sewage blockage at the Northport VAMC in Northport, NY. The scope involves replacing floors in accordance with VA specifications, and the contractor must perform at least 15% of the construction work. Upon receiving a Notice to Proceed, the contractor must complete all work within 60 calendar days. A site visit will be held, and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
