Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to replace generator pumps and an above-ground storage tank at the Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus in New York, NY. The contractor must start work immediately upon notice and complete it within 60 calendar days. Eligible firms must be SBA-certified SDVOSBs under NAICS code 236220 and capable of performing at least 15% of the construction work. A site visit will be held, with details provided in the forthcoming solicitation documents. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about January 12, 2026.
