Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to perform HVAC and roof damage repair work at the VA Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. The contractor must complete the work within 180 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. A site visit will be held, and prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about January 5, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing to the specified contracting officer.
