Statement of Work Temperature and Humidity Monitoring PROJECT NO. 528A6-24-602 Background: The VA Finger Lakes Health Care System has established a requirement to use the Rotronic Temperature and Humidity monitoring system; as the system of record for the Bath VA Medical Center, located at, 76 Veterans Ave, Bath, NY 14810. This will ensure that Bath, Canandaigua and Rochester locations will all operate on the same system of record. Scope: Vendor shall provide all the required new humidity and temperature monitoring devices for purchase. Service Requirements: Vender shall provide new devices, quantities listed below, for the Bath VAMC. Vendor shall provide devices as indicated in devices purchase base year Device Purchase - Base year: Provide the devices models and required shown below to be used for Bath VA Medical center. Brand Quantity Model Rotronic 66 RMS-MLOG-T10-915 w/ probe Rotronic 112 RMS-MLOG-B-915 Rotronic 125 915 GATEWAY Hours: Work shall be performed Monday Friday between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, EST or at a time predetermined with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Vendor.
