The New Jersey VA Medical Center Lyons Campus, located at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07939 has a requirement to Correct FCA D&F Deficiencies in their Boiler Plant. The Contractor shall furnish professional and install all labor and material necessary to construct the items required in the specifications and drawings associated with this project. The work shall include work covered by specification divisions 1 (general conditions), 2 (existing conditions), 3 (concrete), 5 (metals), 6 (wood, plastics and composites), 7 (thermal and moisture protection), 9 (finishes), 13 (Seismic Restraint Requirements for Non-Structural Components), 22 (plumbing), 23 (HVAC), 26 (electrical), and 31 (earthwork). The NAICS Code is 238220 "Boiler, heating and installation", with a size standard of $19M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Lyons VA Medical Center. Please include the socio-economic status of your business.
