This is a combined solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a Clinical Laboratory Immunohistochemistry Stainer Testing system and services for the Buffalo VA Medical Center in New York. The Government prefers pricing in a Cost Per Reportable Result format, which must include all costs for the instrument, reagents, supplies, service, and delivery. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $20,000 and the period of performance runs from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2031. The required system must be a new, FDA-approved, fully automated open system capable of specific tests and a minimum throughput.
