Be sure to accurately acknowledge all amendments posted on page 2 with correct dates. Offeror shall submit a Bid Bond along with the bid. Offeror must submit Limitations on Subcontracting and Buy American Certificate form signed. Offeror shall submit EMR (Experience Modification Rate) rating with bid. Offeror must be registered in: www.beta.sam.gov; Certifications/ Representations must be completed. SDVOSB/VOSB offerors must be verified in www.vetbiz.gov at time of offer and award. Offerors must be registered as a small business under the applicable NAICS code noted in the solicitation. This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about November 4th, 2025 for Replace Sidewalks Station Wide at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-25-614 The Scope of this project includes but is not limited to demolishing/removing existing sidewalks, preparing subbase, installing new concrete sidewalks, including ADA tactile warning surfaces, & restoring disturbed lawns. The total project duration for this project is not to exceed 120 days from the date of the NTP issuance. This includes all processes starting with submission and approval of all submittals and ending with final punch list completion. The NAICS code is 238110 - Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The small business standard is $19.0 M. The cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
