Inactive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside project to replace main condenser water pumps and associated components for the chiller system in Building 1 of the VA Health Care System in East Orange, New Jersey. The work involves demolition, removal, and installation to upgrade the HVAC system, with a construction magnitude estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance of the services will take place at the specified VA campus in East Orange. The project completion timeline is 135 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. All bids must be submitted electronically by qualified and properly registered contractors.
