Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The VA Western New York Healthcare System located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, New York, 14215 is seeking Sullair Air Compressors and Refrigerated Air Dryers for the facility s laundry plant operations. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Simplified Acquisitions, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Request for Quote will be submitted through SAM.gov on RFQ reference number 36C24225Q1039. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued as an open market unrestricted solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415, Refrigeration Equipment, Industrial-Type, Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. (v) All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: (1 EA) single stage, water-cooled, lubricated rotary screw air compressor, Sullair, S-Energy series, model 3009PB-V05 (1 EA) single stage, air-cooled, lubricated rotary screw air compressor, Sullair, S-Energy series, model 3009PB-V05 (2 EA) non-cycling, refrigerated air dryers, Sullair, SRN series, model SRN175 (vi) Description of requirement (See attached Statement of Work (SOW)): The contractor shall supply and deliver all items identified in the SOW. (vii) The awardee shall deliver all goods covered under this contract within forty-five (45) days after receipt of order. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."
