Pre-Solicitation Notice Project No. 528A7-24-0111 Replacement of EEQ-GD-DP Panel Syracuse VAMC This PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE is to inform all prospective contractors that the Syracuse VA Medical Center, located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210-2716 will be posting a solicitation on or about August 28, 2025, for the replacement of a 1200 amp Square D distribution panel. The Syracuse VA Medical Center has a need to replace an older 1200 amp Square D Distribution panel with a new 600 amp distribution panel that will meet specific requirements. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code will be 238210 and the small business standard is $19 Million.
