St., New York, NY 10010 under a single-award firm-fixed price contract. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about August 14, 2025 to be posted to www.SAM.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 , System for Award Management, perspective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. The classification code is J036 Maintenance/repair/rebuild of Equipment Special Industry Machinery. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. All responsible sources may submit proposals to be considered by the Agency. General Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to perform the repairs and upgrades as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) in the solicitation.
