This is a BRAND NAME ONLY request for quotes (RFQ) for eight (8) BM 900 LED Conversion Kits for the Albany VA Medical Center as defined in the Supplies/Services Line-Item section and the Statement of Work. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All quoters shall submit an authorized distributor letter that confirms they are authorized by Haag-Streit to provide the products being offered. In addition, all offerors must be certified in SBA VetCert and are required to submit a completed and signed Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance (VAAR 852.219-76 on pages 8-10) with their quotations. When completing this certificate please be advised that the SBA has issued a Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) class waiver for the applicable NAICS code for this requirement.
