This is a Request for Quote for BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Grossing Stations for the Syracuse VA Medical Center at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210. Please see attached solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW). This RFQ is limited to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All vendors providing a quote must be registered with both SBA Vet Cert and SAM.gov. Quotes are required to include authorized distributor letters, SAM UEI numbers, and completed Limitations on Subcontracting form found in the solicitation. Offerors should specify the brand they are quoting. If offerors are quoting an “equal” brand, offerors should provide sufficient technical documentation (e.g., product literature, specifications, or features) to allow for thorough evaluation of the quotation. Notice to SBA qualified Nonmanufacturers and Wholesale Suppliers: This is a Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) Qualifying NAICS under FAR 19.505(c). No SBA waivers apply to this solicitation waving the NMR. Accordingly, Offerors are required to provide end products from manufacturers certified as small business concerns under the NAICS. No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. This procurement is for new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only. No gray market items shall be provided. Gray market items are OEM goods intentionally or unintentionally sold outside an authorized sales territory or sold by non-authorized dealers in an authorized sales territory. Vendor shall be an authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
