Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements and expectations for the procurement of goods to support the Personnel Security/PIV Offices across VISN 2. The purpose of this SOW is to ensure that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the scope, deliverables, and timelines associated with this contract. 2. Background VISN 2 Human Resources requires specific branded goods to enhance security operations at various Personnel Security/PIV Offices. These items will facilitate identification processes and improve operational efficiency. VISN 2 will be establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the items listed in #3 below. 3. These items are essential for ensuring that personnel can securely display their identification badges while maintaining compliance with security protocols. 4. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract will commence on May 5th, 2025, and conclude on May 4th, 2030. All goods must be delivered within this timeframe. 5. Delivery Requirements The items and quantities listed in #3 will be drop shipped to each VAMC using the address provided by the Customer in an Excel file and shown below*. All items drop shipped to the each VAMC (line 1-15 in Excel) will have Attention HR PIV Office on the label.
