The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified firms, SDVOSB, VOSB, small, and/or large that are capable of providing a Five-Seater Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) with all Weather Cab and Police & Security Patrol Package to the Buffalo VA Medical Center in Buffalo, New York. This is for the purchase of one (1) Five-Seater Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) with all Weather Cab and Police & Security Patrol Package. Any vendor interested needs to be an authorized reseller. Authorized Resellers are subject to the SBA Non-Manufacturing Rule and may not be given credit under their issued Socio-Economic Category and will be evaluated only as similarly situated vendors/manufacturers. The applicable NAICS Code is 336110 - Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 1,500 Employees.
