No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified firms, SDVOSB, VOSB, small, and/or large that are capable of providing Portable Air-Conditioning Unit and accessories to the Lyons VA Medical Center in Lyons, New Jersey. This is for the purchase of four (4) KWIKOOL 5-Ton Water-Cooled Portable Air Conditioning Unit and accessories - Brand Name or Equal. Any vendor interested needs to be an authorized reseller. Authorized Resellers are subject to the SBA Non-Manufacturing Rule and may not be given credit under their issued Socio-Economic Category and will be evaluated only as similarly situated vendors/manufacturers. The applicable NAICS Code is 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 1,250 Employees.
