The Northport VA Medical Center is requiring the brand name purchase of fifty-four (54) tube bundles for existing shell and tube exchangers (steam to hot water). The existing tube bundles have reached their end of life and need immediate replacement to run an operational heating system throughout the multiple buildings they serve. Used or refurbished equipment is unacceptable.
