This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24225Q0320. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 01/17/2025. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339115 - Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 6540 Ophthalmic Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. The Network Contracting Office 2 - RPO East intends to award a firm fixed priced contract, providing for all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and installation, necessary to furnish the Eye clinic supplies requirement in accordance with the below Price Schedule. This is a solicitation for Brand Name or Equal, and the salient characteristics are identified in the RFQ document. Prospective offerors shall be a registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications.
