No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified firms, SDVOSB, VOSB or small, that are capable of providing Dental Equipment and Furniture to the Buffalo VA Medical Center, Batavia VA Medical Center and East Orange VA Medical Center. This is for the Brand Name of the A-Dec, Inc. Dental Equipment and Furniture. Any vendor interested needs to be an authorized reseller. Authorized Resellers are subject to the SBA Non-Manufacturing Rule and may not be given credit under their issued Socio-Economic Category and will be evaluated only as similarly situated vendors/manufacturers. NAICS 339114 is NOT on the SBA Class Waiver List nor will SBA issue a Non-Manufacturer Waiver for this Brand Name requirement.
